1. Polymer design for 3D printing applications 2. Injectable hydrogel for biomedical applications (e.g. cell encapsulation) 3. Bioplastic and post-consumer resin (PCR) filament preparation for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

1-NuttapolR

PEG-b-PCL copolymers enhanced the solubility of TPO, forming nanoparticles (190-360 d.nm). These were combined with PEGDMA and Dex-MA to create 3D-printed hydrogels, which were non-cytotoxic to chondrocytes and fibroblasts.

This study introduces a strategy to promote cell adhesion on 3D-printed hydrogels by incorporating photocurable epsilon-poly-L-lysine (EPL). The modified polymers Dex-MA and EPL-MA were combined with PEGDMA to create non-cytotoxic hydrogels with enhanced cell viability, adhesion, and growth, showing promise for regenerative medicine.
3-NuttapolR

This work illustrates dual-crosslinked hydrogels composed of thermoresponsive Pluronic-F127 and covalently-linked segments formed via the Michael-type addition reaction. These biodegradable hydrogels, with tunable mechanical properties, enhance cellular activity and hold potential for cartilage tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.

This study presents the synthesis of a furan-based methacrylate oligomer (FBMO) with imine functional groups for stereolithography. FBMO-based resins, combined with methacrylate-containing diluents, produced 3D-printed specimens with tunable mechanical properties, making them suitable for various applications.
